On November 21st Moritz and I were invited to a benefit
dinner at the Ritz Carleton in San Francisco, a swank,
luxury hotel that understood the value of pet therapy
and open-heartedly welcomed him. A copy of Nose to Nose
along with a photo with Moritz was auctioned after
dinner.
The hotel staff greeted Moritz as if he were an honored
guest. The surprised guests in the lobby slowed our
entry to the affair as so many stopped us wanting to
meet him. It's like traveling with a movie star.The
auction went well.
As you can see in the photo, Moritz is right at home. He
reminds me of what was said of John Lennon: you can take
him anywhere.
